Director Karthik Naren of Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru fame has confirmed that Aravind Swamy would play the lead role in his next movie, titled Naragasooran. This will be a multi-starrer film. Meanwhile as per the sources the director had planned to rope stars from Telugu and Malayalam industry too. It is said Naga Chaitanya had been roped for the project. The film might goes on floor in middle of 2017.

Naragasooran is touted to be a gangster film. The director took his social media page and share he had discussed with Arvind Swamy and he was excited to work on this project. The discussions are in early stage and soon will be announced.

The director posted “Tried my level best to keep this under the wraps. Yes, met Aravindh Swamy sir before couple of weeks & we discussed about a script called ‘Naragasooran’. He is really excited about the script & as a director I’m very keen to work with him. The discussion is in its early stages. will update once the project goes on paper. Hoping for the best :)”
