Rustom is a 2016 Bollywood thriller film written by Vipul K Rawal and directed by Tinu Suresh Desai which marks his debut in Hindi cinema. It features Akshay Kumar and Ileana D'Cruz in the lead roles. Ankit Tiwari composes the film's soundtrack while Santosh Thundiyil handles the cinematography. Principle photography commenced on 5 January 2016. The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 12 August 2016.
